What Is Utah Fits All Scholarship (UFA)?

Utah Fits All is a universal ESA open to every K-12 Utah resident, regardless of income or current school. Odyssey administers the program's spending marketplace. Families can roll over up to two-thirds of unspent funds each year.

Note: A district court ruled the program unconstitutional in 2025, but it continues operating during the state's appeal, and the legislature has continued funding it (a record $120M for 2026–27). Applications for new students typically run March 1 – May 1 each year.
